The OPMOD Modular Briefcase is a large-capacity bag designed for modern travelers with 3 detachable modules and many compartments. Small enough to use as a carry on, with 2 wide hook and loop trolley straps to fully secure it on the handle of your rolling suitcase. Big enough to protect all your devices and still hold a light jacket, toiletries, and files. The fully padded laptop sleeve is detachable, has its own handle, holds laptops up to 14 inches, and has a mesh pocket to store your cords, charger, headphones, mouse, modem and any other peripherals. The fully padded, detachable tablet bag has backpack-style straps and plenty of room for your tablet and accessories. So you can carry your laptop or tablet to your meeting and leave the rest at your desk or in your hotel room. The third detachable bag is a handy belt bag that can carry medications, shaving essentials, or other personal care items you may want on the plane or in the airport. The roomy main compartment can hold clothes and also includes an admin panel, zippered pockets, and several slide-in pockets for organization.

Our customers say they also use this bag for concealed carry or as a range bag. The detachable padded sections can protect firearms as well as computers. Once I got familiar with the bag, I noticed I actually had 4 bags in 1. The briefcase is spacious on its own and has lots of pockets for storing smaller items. There is also a separate zippered part in the front that would be good for your most important document to be easily accessible. There is a spacious laptop case with a handle that fits my 15" MacBook Pro very nicely. There is also an Ipad case that comes with a holder and carry strap. It even came with a waist-pack. Although some people are anti-fanny, I threw it on and remembered how practical they are! I was able to put my cell phone, some snacks, my knife, and multi-tool with room to spare. I will be sure to bring the waistpack on my next hiking trip for superior comfort! All in all, this was a very great buy. I would recommend to anyone that loves their gear to be protected all in one place. Pros: Modular, lots of space, lightweight Cons: n/a

Overall the bag seems pretty nice and rugged. I was alarmed on when I first opened the box and was checking out all of the compartments. The pull tab on one of the zippers pulled right off. So far the bag has met my needs

Got this bag for Christmas and love it. It has a ton of room and is very versitle. I would have given it 5 stArs but have not had it long enough. I like the fact that it is 4 bags in one. Each pocket has plenty of room for all sorts of gear.

Item appears more substantial than I thought it would; lots of heavy-duty stitching, zippers, pockets, materials etc. comfortable to walk with loaded full; looks like they took pains to make it useful & rugged.

I wanted something in the mid sized range. I have multiple range bags so I thought I would try something different. This is listed as a modular briefcase and it would be great for that. The compartments will hold laptops, tablets, pens, paper and anything else you need, and protect everything you carry very well. I use is as a midsized range bag. 2 pistols fit great, and will hold more. The modular design allows you to customize it. It holds everything I need (if not going extremely heavy to the range) magazines, ammo, tools, etc. Is easier to carry than a normal range bag, because it is thinner, taller, not a box. Well worth the money.

Excellent briefcase. Well made this briefcase case has an assortment of compartments that allow you to bring everything when you travel when traveling by air the airlines allow you a carry on and a briefcase. You can pack everything you need in this case. It stands up very well and has a good set of handles as well as a comfortable shoulder strap. There is side straps that let you Carry this on extended luggage handle. I carry this everywhere and use it everyday for work. I love it

I love the OPMOD Brief Case! It has plenty of pockets and internal organizers so I can satisfy my OCD and keep my EDC gear organized! The only thing I don't like are the attach points on the bag for the shoulder strap. They seem to be cheap metal D rings fixed to a thin piece of webbing that is sewed to the bag. I can see these breaking after some time. But that is where the OPMOD warranty will come in handy! Everything else about the bag is heavy duty! The material it is made from seems thick and durable. Overall it is a fantastic piece of gear and a great value! I would have given 5 stars if the shoulder strap setup was better.

This bag is lightweight and functional. The inner pocket is large and the convince of the other pockets is great. With the ability to carry an iPad, a computer, all chargers needed, and have four pockets to spare is great. I highly recommend this product.

Just what I was looking for in a brief case. It's well made. Sturdy. When mine arrived it had some stitching that was coming undone on the pad on the strap. It's disappointing, but on a non-critical part of the bag and all other stitching was just fine. The material is tough enough and the zippers seem good. The laptop case easily fits my 15" macbook pro and files, note pads, etc. The main compartment is large enough to carry a lot of files and has smaller compartments for carrying small items along with spaces for pens/pencils. The pouches are all very functional. The two smaller ones are pretty small, but the lower one (which is permanently attached to the bag) holds my power cord no problem. The top one is fine for small items - again, nothing too big, but usable for day to day stuff. The tablet compartment is great if you carry a tablet on a daily basis, but I don't. That's the one compartment I zipped off, exposed the molle underneath and replaced with my own pouch. That's really what makes this bag great. If you don't like one of the attached pouches, just take it off and attach one you do like. I liked them all and even the tablet one is fine, but if you don't carry a tablet that one isn't much good for anything else. I would definitely recommend this item to someone who's looking for something that appears less "tactical" but provides you with the utility of a tactical bag.
