It's a little more expensive than a conventional seater, but I'm loading more ammo with more consistent results. I love having the window in the die, I just drop the bullet in, place a charged case on the shellholder, and pull the handle. No pinched fingers or misaligned bullets. After getting this die, I will be investing in other gold metal seating dies for my other calibers that I shoot/reload. Definatley worth the investment if you reload more than 50 at a time. Pros: Faster setup and reloading, extremely accurate micrometer setup Cons: none
The floating collar which holds the bullet in place did an excellent job although it would occasionally stick in the upward position even after a thorough cleaning. It will probably break in after a period of use.
